Oro（以下简称“本应用”）重视用户的隐私与数据安全。本隐私政策旨在向您说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护您的信息。使用或继续使用本应用，即表示您已阅读并同意本政策。

1. 我们收集的信息

  • 不收集个人身份信息（PII）：本应用不会收集、存储或传输任何可识别您个人身份的信息。
  • 为提供核心功能而进行的本地访问（仅在您的设备上处理，不上传）：
    • 位置数据：用于计算与显示方位、海拔相关信息以及日出、日落、黄金时间和蓝调时间。
    • 设备传感器数据：如气压计、加速度计、磁力计等，仅用于罗盘与气压/海拔等功能。

上述信息仅在您的设备本地计算与显示，不会上传至任何服务器。

2. 信息的使用方式

本地处理的数据仅用于：

  • 计算并显示当前位置方位（指南针）
  • 计算海拔高度与气压值
  • 计算日出、日落、黄金时间与蓝调时间

我们不会将您的数据用于广告、商业分析、画像或任何非核心功能用途。

3. 信息的存储与传输

  • 不上传云端：本应用不会将您的位置信息或传感器数据上传至云端或第三方。
  • 仅本地处理：所有数据处理均在您的设备本地完成。
  • 应用偏好设置：如坐标显示格式、应用语言、震动开关等，仅保存在设备本地（UserDefaults），不包含可识别个人身份的信息。

4. 第三方服务

  • 无数据收集类第三方 SDK：本应用未集成任何会收集用户数据的第三方 SDK 或分析工具。
  • 用于本地计算的第三方库：当前使用的 SunKit 仅用于天文/日照相关的本地数学计算，不进行网络通信、不采集或传输数据。

本应用可供所有年龄段使用，不针对儿童提供任何单独功能，也不收集儿童的个人信息。如您为监护人并认为我们误收集了未成年人的信息，请与我们联系以便处理。

6. 权限说明

为实现核心功能，本应用可能会向系统请求以下权限：

  • 定位权限：用于计算/显示方位、海拔及日出日落时间。
  • 传感器访问权限（运动与体能/设备运动、气压计等）：用于罗盘、海拔与气压的本地计算与显示，并可能用于优化更新频率以提升使用体验与电量效率。

您可以拒绝授予上述权限，但这将导致部分功能不可用，不影响您使用其他不依赖该权限的功能。您可随时在系统“设置”中变更或撤回授权。

7. 我们如何保护您的信息

  • 最小化原则：仅在本地处理提供功能所必需的数据，不建立账户体系、不做远端留存。
  • 无追踪：不进行跨应用/跨网站“追踪”，不使用广告标识符（IDFA），不展示广告。

Oro ("the App") respects your privacy and the security of your data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information. By using or continuing to use the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

  • No Personally Identifiable Information (PII): The App does not collect, store, or transmit any information that can identify you personally.
  • Local-only access for core features (processed on your device, not uploaded):
    • Location data: Used to calculate and display compass heading, altitude-related information, and sunrise/sunset, golden hour, and blue hour times.
    • Device sensor data: Such as barometer, accelerometer, and magnetometer, used solely for compass, altitude, and pressure features.

All the above data is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded to any server.

2. How We Use Information

Locally processed data is used only to:

  • Calculate and display your current heading (compass)
  • Calculate altitude and pressure values
  • Calculate sunrise, sunset, golden hour, and blue hour times

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any purposes beyond core functionality.

3. Storage and Transmission

  • No cloud upload: The App does not upload your location or sensor data to the cloud or to any third party.
  • Local processing only: All processing is done on your device.
  • App preferences: Items such as coordinate format, app language, and haptic/vibration toggle are stored locally on your device (UserDefaults) and do not contain PII.

4. Third-Party Services

  • No data-collecting SDKs: The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs or analytics tools that collect user data.
  • Local-computation libraries: The App uses SunKit for astronomical/time calculations performed locally. It does not perform network requests nor collect or transmit data.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App can be used by users of all ages. It does not offer features specifically targeting children and does not collect children’s personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will assist.

6. Permissions

To enable core features, the App may request the following system permissions:

  • Location: For heading, altitude calculations, and sunrise/sunset times.
  • Sensors (Motion & Fitness/Device Motion, Barometer, etc.): For compass, altitude, and pressure features, and to optimize update frequency to improve experience and battery efficiency.

You may decline these permissions. Certain features may not function without them, but you can still use other parts of the App. You can change or revoke permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

7. How We Protect Your Information

  • Data minimization: We process only what is necessary for functionality, locally on your device. We do not operate accounts or store your data remotely.
  • No tracking: We do not conduct cross-app or cross-site tracking. We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA), and we do not show ads.
